What is Hospice Care?

Hospice is a specialized program designed to provide care and support to patients with advanced illness. A team of healthcare professionals are available to help triage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with managing symptoms and addressing patient concerns. This service is fully covered by Medicare.

Four Levels of Care You're Entitled to Receive

1

Routine Home Care

The most common level of hospice care, provided at home or residence, including nursing and aide visits focused on comfort, symptom control, and daily support.

Continuous Home Care

Short-term intensive nursing care provided during a medical crisis, offering up to 24-hour support to manage severe symptoms and stabilize the patient at home.

General Inpatient Care

Short-term inpatient hospice care provided in a hospital or hospice facility when pain or symptoms cannot be safely managed in a home setting.

Respite Care

Temporary inpatient care provided to give caregivers a short break, allowing patients to receive professional care for up to five days when needed.

Our Programs

We offer various programs to gurantee thorough patient care

A.C.T. (Advanced Care Treatment) is a palliative care program designed specifically for patients and their families who are not yet ready to accept hospice care. This type of care provides comfort, emotional support, and symptom management to help the patient live each day to the fullest.

Same-Day Admission
Provide DME to patients within 4 hours of approval.
Provide needed medication the same day of admission.
Arrange patient transportation for both emergency and non-emergency cases.
Assist in providing caregiver services for the patient.
Medical Director available 24/7 for any medical concern.

C.A.L.M. is a program offered by Mary's Help Hospice Services Inc to ensure that your loved ones are provided with the ultimate care and compassion at the time that they need it most
